BLUE PARROT GUACAMOLE

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe tomato, diced
  • 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 serrano chili, seeded & minced
  • juice of 2 limes
  • salt
  • 5 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1/2 C chopped cilantro

Preparation

Step 1

in bowl, mix tomato, onion, chili, lime
juice & salt to taste

using fork, mash in avocado
add cilantro & salt to taste
