Chicken and rice Soup

Small rice balls with chicken instead of chope meat in broth

Ingredients

  • white rice
  • Rotissay chicken
  • parm cheese (along with other cheese if you like)
  • salt and pepper
  • parlseuy
  • bread crumbs
  • eggs
  • chicken broth
  • oil for frying

Preparation

Step 1

1.cook rice and refrigerate until cold
2.mix rice with chicken, salt, pepper, parsley and cheese.
3.make into small balls and dip in egg and then bread crumbs
4.beep fry in hot oil
5.heat chicken broth
6.place balls in broth and sprinkle with cheese
