Batter

Batter for onion rings or use beer for a great beer batter for fish

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup corn starch
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp saly
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 1/2 cup water or sub with beer
• 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

mix dry ingredients together, then add the water or beer, beat in egg last.
It is ready for dipping and frying
