Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons shallots, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until minced. Chill until ready to serve. (May be made up to 3 days ahead).
