Mini Chocolate Banana Egg Rolls

Ingredients

  • Wonton wrappers
  • Bananas, chopped
  • Chocolate chips
  • Vegetable oil
  • Bowl with water

Preparation

Step 1

Coat frying pan with 1 inch of oil. Heat over medium heat.

Peel bananas; cut into chunks. Lay wonton wrappers on a flat surface with point facing you. Take wonton wrapper and place banana chunks and a couple of chocolate chips in center.

Dab finger in water bowl and brush around the edges of the wonton. Fold top corner down, then both sides in and roll.

Deep-fry a couple at a time, for 1 to 1½ minutes or till deep golden brown. Drain well on paper towels.
