Ingredients

  • 4 Bananas
  • 16 Wooden Pop Sickle Sticks
  • 2 T. Butter
  • 3/4 C. Semi sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 C. nuts, (chopped)
  • 1/2 C. Rice Krispies Cereal, (crushed)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Peel 4 Bananas, cut each into 4 pieces. Insert wooden pop sickle sticks into each. Put them on a Cookie sheet and place in freezer until firm, about 3 hours.

2. Use a double Boiler, if possible, to prevent burning. Place the Butter and Chocolate Chips together, stirring constantly. Dip the frozen bananas into the Chocolate mixture, and then roll them in the nuts and/or Rice Krispies Cereal.

3. Place each on wax paper to cool. Then Freeze until firm and Wrap each with Clear Wrap. At the bottom of the Banana, tie a little ribbon to hold the Clear Wrap.

4. Remove the amount of Pops you need approximately 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
