Ingredients
- 3 (15 ounce) cans white beans, undrained
- 1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
- 1 pound link sausage, sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover. Cook on high for 2 to 3 hours.
Sere with cornbread, applesauce or coleslaw.
You may add tomato juice or water if you prefer a thinner soup.
