Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chopped carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 cup honey
Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken, carrot, celery, and onion in slow cooker. Combine gingerroot, lemon juice, and honey; drizzle over chicken and vegetables. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Steamed red skinned potatoes and steamed broccoli.
