Breaded Chicken in mushrooom, white wine, lemon sauce

Ingredients

  • Chicken tenders
  • bread crumbs mixed with parmesan cheese, garlic powser, salt and pepper
  • egg
  • fresh mushrooms
  • lemon juice
  • white wine
  • chicken broth
  • butter

Preparation

Step 1

1. Dip Chicken in egg and then bread crumbs
2. Brown
3. Cook mushrooms in chicken drippings-add butter and 1 cup white wine
4. put chicken in large pot
5. pour lemon juice over all
6. pour mushroom sauce overall
7. pour chicken brothover all, enough to cover.
8. Cook for 2 hours, medium heat
*If it starts to look dry add chicken broth during cooking)
9. Serve with white rice
