PEA-NUT SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 box frozen petite peas, thawed chilled but not cooked
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup cashews (one 7 oz. Jar if doubled)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled (lIb. if doubled)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients but bacon. Mix prior to serving sprinkle bacon over top.
