Crockpot Apple Butter

Ingredients

• 6 qt crockpot
• 4-5 cups sugar
• 1/2 tsp apple pie spice
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp orange zest
• juice of 1 orange
• 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

add apples, sugar mixture then orange zest & juice. Cook 10 hrs with lid on on low. Then cook 2 hrs with lid off, mash apples. Hot water bath for 10 minutes.
