Ingredients
- 2 red apples
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Wash and scrub the apples and slice them real thin with a knife or use a mandoline. Remove any seeds from the slices. In a large zip lock bag add the cinnamon and sugar and then pour in the apple slices and shake it up. Place the apples onto parchment paper or a silicone mat on a baking sheet.
Cook for 1 hour and then flip the apples and cook for an additional 30 minutes to an hour or until chips have lost most of their moisture. For the last 15 minutes I moved them to the top shelf of the oven. They will dry and crisp more once they are out of the oven.
