Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 (14.5-oz.) can tomatoes with chilies (Rotel is a good brand)
- 1 medium green bell pepper, seeded, deribbed and sliced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Preparation
Step 1
Place turkey tenderloins in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over turkey and stir to coat. Cover and cook on Low for about 7 hours, or until turkey is cooked through.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Brown rice, corn on the cob and a big salad.
