Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup panko
- 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish, drained
- 4 6oz. skinless, boneless salmon fillets
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 475°. Line a cookie sheet with foil, and spray with Pam.
2. in a small bowl combine panko, horseradish, and oil and dill. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Top with panko mix, and press evenly.
3. Bake for 8 mnutes.
