German Potatoe Salad

This is an authentic German recipe.

Ingredients
- 5 lbs red potatoes (boil in skins, cool and slice paper thin)
- 1 bouillon cube (boiled in 1/2 cup water)
- 1/2 lb bacon (cut in little pieces and fry crisp: dry on paper towel)
- 1 small onion, cut up finely
- 5-6 T vinegar
- 1/4 cup oil
- dill weed to taste (use on top)
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together.
Let set in refrigerator overnight.
Check in the morning to see if additional flavorings are needed. Add as desired.
Warm in microwave before serving.
