Ingredients
- 11/2 lbs sirloin, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
- 3 TB oil
- 2 TB flour
- 1 cup beef boullion
- 1 TB worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Roll beef in ¼ cup, salt & pepper mixture. Fry onions and garlic in oil for ~5 minutes. Add beef and brown evenly. Remove beef & onion mixture.
Combine 2TB flour with drippings in pan. Add boullion and worcestershire sauce. Cook until thickened.
Heat slowly until gravy simmers. Add beef & onion mixture. Heat for a few minutes then add in sour cream.
Serve over rice or noodles.
