Rosemary-Brandy Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 3 tbsp apple juice
- 1 tbsp dry mustard
- 1 tbsp brandy (or 1 extra tbsp apple juice)
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp allspice
- 2 tbsp rosemary

Preparation
Step 1
1.) preheat oven for 350 degrees
2.) sprinkle rosemary on top of pork
3.) cook tenderloin at 350 degrees for 50 minutes
4.) after 50 minutes, take pork out and add 1/4 of brandy mixture - cook for another 10 minutes; after 10 minutes, add another 1/4 of mixture and then cook for another 10 minutes. Continue until brandy mixture gone, and pork has been cooked for a total of 1 1/2 hours.
