Ingredients
- 3 potatoes (about 2 lb)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Peel and cube 3 potatoes. Cover and cook with garlic in saucepan of boiling salted water until fork tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and mash with potato masher until smooth with a few large chunks.
2. Stir in buttermilk, butter and salt and pepper.
