- Figs - 1-2 pp
- Goat Cheese
- Prosciutto
Preparation
Step 1
Slice fig lengthwise 3/4 way through. Blend softened goat cheese with fresh herbs of choice and spoon into slice in fig. Push fig halves almost together and smooth cheese from sides. Wrap with one large slice of prosciutto covering sides and bottom. Set figs bottom side down.
Thread 2 - 3 stuffed figs on skewers. Drizzle with olive oil and place on grill until cheese begins to melt and figs carmelize.
