French Toast Casserole
- 2 cups of brown sugar
- 1 and 1/4 sticks of butter
- 1/4 maple syrup
- 2 loafs of bread
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbs vanilla
- 1 tbs cinnamon
Place the brown sugar, butter and maple syrup on a stove top and melt it until it becomes a syrup. Set it aside
Cut up the 2 loafs of bread into pieces.
Put it aside.
Mix the heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon
In an oven dish put a little of the syrup in the dish. Then get 1/2 of the bread arrange over the syrup then put some more of the syrup mix.
Place the rest of the bread then pour over the milk mixture. If you have any syrup mix left you can put it over the bread and then the milk mixture.
Cover and place in the refrigerator over night.
Bake at 375 for 40 minutes covered
Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes
