Ingredients
- 4 ribeye or delmonico steaks, cut 3/4 inch thick
- 3 Tbs. fresh lime juice
- 3 Tbs. water
- 2 Tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 Tbs. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 Tsp. ground cunmin

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except steak.
Place marinade and steaks in food safe plastic bag. Marinate in fridge 20 min, turning occasionally. Place steaks on hot grill. Grill, uncovered, 8-12 min.
