Ingredients

  • 4 ribeye or delmonico steaks, cut 3/4 inch thick
  • 3 Tbs. fresh lime juice
  • 3 Tbs. water
  • 2 Tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 Tbs. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 Tsp. ground cunmin

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, except steak.
Place marinade and steaks in food safe plastic bag. Marinate in fridge 20 min, turning occasionally. Place steaks on hot grill. Grill, uncovered, 8-12 min.
