• glaze:
• 2 cups flour
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp. powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 3 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup zucchini
• 1/2 cup powder sugar
• 3 tsp lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

mix 1st 5 ingredients
mix next 4 ingredients
than combine all
add zucchini
spoon into muffin cups
bake 400* for 20-25 min

make glaze and frost
