Ingredients
- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup fine chopped onion
- 1/2 cup fine chopped green pepper
- 1 chopped jalepeno pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 seeded tomato, chopped
- 1 cube chicken bouillion
- 1 1/2 cup heated chicken broth
- s & p to taste
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Saute rice in oil until rice browned. Add onion, gr. pepper, jalepeno, garlic & tomato. lightly saute.
Add seasonings & broth.
Add cilantro.
Bring to boil. Cover & reduce heat to low. Cook 20 min
