  • 1 Cup 1 Cup Water
  • 1 large 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup butter room temperature
  • 1/4 teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 Tablespoons 4 Tablespoons sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons 3 Tablespoons powdered coffee creamer or 3 Tablespoons powdered milk
  • 2 Tablespoons 2 Tablespoons instant potato flakes
  • 3-1/4 cups 3-1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1 Tablespoon 1 Tablespoon bread machine yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Add the ingredients in the order listed for you bread machine
Select dough cycle and push start
When cycle is done remove the dough to a lightly floured board
divide into pieces 12 to 24 balls.
Depending on the size of bun's you want.
Place balls on lightly greased cookie sheet or in greased muffin pan for smaller bun's
Cover and let rise until double in size about 50 minutes
Brush with a egg wash prior to baking 1 egg 3 Tablespoons water
or brush with butter I USED THE BRUSHED BUTTER
Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 10 to 20 minutes depending on
size of bun's or until golden color
