3 egg whites beaten stiff
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp vanilla (pour slowly)
23 Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 cup chopped pecans
8 oz cool whip
3 teaspoons of nestle quick (chocolate)

Step 1

mix first 5 ingredients
pour in a greased pie plate
bake 350 degrees for 30 min.

after crust is cooled. mix cool whip and nestle quick. spread in cool crust
