Ingredients
- Pumpkin Chili recipe:
- Brown 1 finely chopped yellow onion and a little garlic,
- Add and brown 1 lb ground turkey or chicken and pour off fat
- Add 1-2 Tbl cumin and 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste (1-2 Tbl)
- Add 1 can fine diced tomatoes,
- 1 can pumpking puree (I like Trader Joes organic)
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1-2 cans white beans drained(I like a lot of beans)
- Chop a handful of cilantro and add

Preparation
Step 1
Cook on low for an hour or so- or do it in the crock pot.
You can add more chicken broth to reach the desired thickness.
