Ingredients
- Topping:
- 4 to 5 Russet Potatoes
- 2 tblsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Filling:
- 1-1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
- 1 can Condensed Cream of Tomato Soup
- 1 can Green Beans drained
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Peel, slice, boil to and mash potatoes with butter and milk, season with salt and pepepr to taste. Put aside until filling is complete.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet, making sure to thoroughly cook. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain. Add the can of condensed cream of tomato soup and the drained can of green beans. Mix well.
Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Add the filling to the dish and top with the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with the cheddar cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until the chsses is bubbly and heated through.
