Ingredients
- Chicken in Wine
- 2 pkt cut up chicken
- 6 Tbsp. oil
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- ¬4 carrots sliced julienne style
Preparation
Step 1
Shake chicken in seasoned (with seasoned salt and pepper) flour and
fry in oil. Fry mushroomos in butter. Combine remaining ingrediets in
large casserole. Add chicken and mushrooms. Cook at 350 for 1 hour.
Serve over rice with a fresh green salad.
