Sand Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 7 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 1/4 cup plain flour (may need extra)
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar, work in flour with a spoon. Add vanilla and pecans. Form in small oblong balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15/20 minutes at 325-350 degrees. After cool, roll in powdered sugar.
