Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream or whipping cream
- 1/2 stick butter (1/4 cup)
- 4 ounce asiago cheese
- 1 med-large clove garlic grated finely
- 1/2 tsp table salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp flour
Preparation
Step 1
Heat cream and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Once mixture reaches 185 F (or forms little bubbles on the side), add all the other ingredients except for the flour.
Whisk until cheese is melted fully, then add flour, whisking gently. Serve over fettucine. Delicious!
