Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
- 15oz can tomato sauce w/herbs
- 1 to 2 cups corn
- 1 small can sliced olives, drained
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 12oz pkg refridgerated biscuits
- 2 TB snipped fresh basil (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400. In a large skillet, cooked ground meat over medium heat until browned. Drain fat. Stir in tomato sauce, olives and corn; heat through. Transfer to an ungreased 2QT baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
2. Flatten each biscuit slightly. Arrange ontop of meat mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese ontop and then basil.
3. Bake, uncovered, for 15-17 minutes or until mixture is heated and biscuits are golden.
