Mushroom stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 8 oz sour cream, fat free
  • 2 T. Flour
  • 1 T. Spicy mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 t. Pepper
  • 1/4 t. Paprika
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 8 oz baby Bella , sliced
  • 8 oz buttons, sliced
  • Large portobello, sliced
  • 1 1/2 C. Broth or water

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté onions, garlic and mushrooms until water is absorbed. Mix flour in sour cream, set aside. Stir broth into mushrooms. Bring to boil. Add sour cream and mustard. Just mix to warm. Do not boil because it will curdle. Add pepper and mustard. Serve over cooked noodles.
