Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbs chopped garlic
- 2 tbs chopped scallions
- 1 tbs grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbs chopped shallot
- 1 tbs toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbs Sambal Ole *
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 2 tbs sesame oil

- Asian markets.

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. This can be made ahead and refrigerated. Stir well with whisk before using.
