Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup salted, roasted peanuts,
  • chopped
  • 2/3 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (16oz) milk chocolate frosting
  • 8 fun-size Snickers, each cut into 4
  • slices

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Melt butter; cool 5 minutes.
Line 9" square pan with foil, overhanging sides by 1"; coat with cooking spray.
In bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
In another bowl, combine butter with eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in flour mixture until combined; then peanuts and chips.
Spread batter in pan. Bake 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
Cool in pan on rack 30 minutes. Use foil to lift blondies from pan. Cool.
Spread with frosting; cut into squares.
Garnish with Snickers slices.
