Peanut Butter Blossoms

Peanut butter cookies with a chocolate kiss on top

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 3/4 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• chocolate kisses

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients except the chocolate kisses and drop by spoonsful onto baking sheet. Bake cookies 8 minutes at 350 degrees, then remove and press a chocolate kiss into the top of each one. Return to the oven for 2-5 minutes.
