  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat or low-fat plain yogurt, or light sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine mayonnaise, yogurt (sour cream), soy sauce and oil in a small bowl; whisk until blended. Whisk until blended. MAKE AHEAD TIP: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
