Christmas Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup molasses
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 3 cups flour
• 1 cup raisins
• 1 cup red cherries
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• 1 teaspoon cloves
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients
Pour into greased mold, covered
Place mold in a pot of hot water and steam for 2 hours

This can also be put in a pudding bag and put in pot with your boiled dinner
