  • 1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 8 oz crumbled sausage
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli rabe
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

Toss this sauce with 1 pound cooked pasta.

In a small skillet, combine olive oil, flat-leaf parsley, garlic and salt over medium-high heat. Once the garlic sizzles, add sausage, broccoli rabe and red pepper; cook until the sausage is no longer pink.
