Spaghetti with Oil and Garlic

Ingredients

  • 12 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken stock
  • 1 c. parsley
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Peel garlic. Mince 6; slice 6.

Heat oil. Add the sliced garlic and cook until golden.

Cook pasta al dente; drain and return to the pot. Add the chicken broth and simmer until the broth is mostly absorbed (around 5 minutes).

Stir in the heated oil and the garlic slices. Then add the minced garlic and the parsley. Toss.
