Ingredients
- 1 lb shredded cooked chicken
- 1 (10oz) can Echilada sauce
- 2 cans ot Rotel tomatoes
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 (4oz) can chopped green chilie peppers
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups water
- 1 (14.5oz) chicken broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 (10oz) frozen corn

Step 1
Place all ingredients in crock pot for 3-4 hours
garnish with tortilla strips and mexican cheese
