Ingredients
- Cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 3 1/2 c. chicken broth
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, salts, pepper, and 1/2 c. broth. Mix until smooth. Put 3 c. broth in a skillet. Heat and add flour mixture. Cook until thickened. Cool after adding chicken.
Line 9" pie dish with pastry. Fill;add top. Cut vents.
Freeze 3-6 months.
Bake the frozen pie at 400 degrees for 45 minutes - 1 hour. Top with gravy.
