Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 1 (16oz) can Pillsbury Grands Refrigerated Flaky Biscuits
- 1 oz (1/4 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Grease four 6oz custard cups or 4 large muffin cups. In small skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add brown sugar, ketchup and mustard. Simmer 5 minutes or until very hot, stirring occasionally.
Place 1 biscuit in each greased cup; firmly press in bottom and up sides. Spoon 1/4 of meat mixture into each biscuit lined cup. Place custard cups on 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake custard cups at 350 for 18 to 24 minutes, muffin cups for 15 to 20 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown. Immediately sprinkle each biscuit with 1 Tbsp cheddar cheese. Let stand 2 minutes; remove from cups. 4 Sandwiches.
Bake remaining 4 biscuits according to package directions.
