Ingredients
- 1 onion
- carrots
- 1/4 bottle of Kraft barbeque sauce (original)
- chicken thighs
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place sliced onions and carrots in the bottom of slow cooker.
Salt and pepper the chicken thighs on both sides and place on top of the vegetables.
Cover the chicken with barbeque sauce.
Set the cooker to low and cook all day.
Serve over rice.
