Ingredients
- 4-6 cups beans, various types
- 1-2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- cider vinegar to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix beans, mustard, ketchup, brown sugar, garlic and chopped onions and cider vinegar.
Cook in crockpot for 3 to 4 hours on high.
Add water (as necessary) to keep been covered, allowing beans to absorb most of the liquid by end of cooking.
