Crock Pot Baked Beans

Ingredients

  • 4-6 cups beans, various types
  • 1-2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • cider vinegar to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix beans, mustard, ketchup, brown sugar, garlic and chopped onions and cider vinegar.

Cook in crockpot for 3 to 4 hours on high.

Add water (as necessary) to keep been covered, allowing beans to absorb most of the liquid by end of cooking.
