  • 1 LB Brussel Sprouts, halved or quartered
  • 5 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1/4 C + Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil, I used Jalapeno Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Fresh Ground Pepper to taste

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray 9x13 glass baking dish with cooking spray.

Toss brussel sprouts in the oil and garlic. Sprinkle with the salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese.

Place in oven uncovered for 35-40 minutes until centers are tender. Stir occasionally to prevent too much charring on the smaller pieces.
