Ingredients

    c. butter

  • 2 1/2

    c. chopped onions

    c. chicken broth

    oz. green chiles

    tsp. cumin

  • 1 1/2

    tsp. oregano

  • 1

    tsp. white pepper

  • 1

    tsp. crushed red chiles

  • 1

    c. pork in small cubes (optional)

  • 1/2

    c. flour

  • 1/4

    c. cornstarch

Directions

Saute onions in butter. Add stock, spices, green chiles, and pork. Simmer at least 20 minutes. Thicken with the flour and cornstarch.
