- 9 cups Chex cereal
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Put Chex cereal in a large bowl, set aside.
Place chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter into quart-sized microwave safe bowl.
Stir together, micro "high" 1 minute, stir and continue 30 second intervals until mixes smoothly.
Add vanilla and stir.
Pour over cereal.
Put in a 2 gallon freezer bag.
Add powdered sugar, seal bag and shake.
Spread on wax paper to cool and dry.
