Ingredients
- 1-1/3 c. sugar divided
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tap salt
- 2 tap baking powder
- 1/4 c. walnut oil
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 c. cocoa powder
- 1 c. boiling water

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree. Grease pan. Combine 2/3 c. sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.
2. Add oil, milk and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Spread batter into greased pan. Combine cocoa powder and remaining sugar. Sprinkle over top of batter. Pour boiling water over batter, do not stir.
4. bake until top looks cracked and crisp, about 30 minutes.
