Ingredients
- 2 tbs miso
- 2 tbs water
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cornstarch, as needed
Preparation
Step 1
combine the miso in the water and set aside
In a large skillet, melt the margarine and add flour. Add vegetable broth soy sauce and yeast and pepper
allow to cook until thickened, stirring frequently. Add the cornstarch if needed.
